The history of St. Patrick’s Anglican Church is a profound testament to the continuous growth and development of the Diocese of Okrika. The church was brilliantly planted in 2008 by His Lordship, Rt. Revd. Tubokosemie R. Abere JP, immediately following a momentous three-day crusade held from the 18th to the 21st of December 2008.
Organized under the auspices of Revd. Canon Opuda (Vicar of St. Paul's Ibuluya/Dikibo-Ama) with the powerful messaging of leading guest speaker Revd. Enoch Atuboyedia, the new Missionary Church officially held its first service on Sunday, December 21st, 2008.
Since its planting, the church was deeply supervised by St. Paul's Ibuluya/Dikibo-Ama, nurtured carefully by dedicated pioneers like Evangelist Simeon Wariboko, who faithfully guided the church across twelve monumental years until 2020. This legacy of evangelistic strength continues vibrantly to this day. To God be the glory!
