Historically, the Church of The Transfiguration (A.K.A COT) started with an inspired vision of the Parish Church Council. The then Chairman of the Abuloma Council of Chiefs, Late Chief G.A. Gwali, without hesitation, gave his approval and allocated the land for the planting of the church. The church has since grown from grace to grace since its inception.
